    Usually Anzac would finish the battle themselves, Russia is just additional safety.

    Then I have made strange calculations. Although the battle is not easy to calculate because of the subs potential surprise strikes and damaged BBs I believe Anzac has rather little chances to finish Japan off by themselves? Did you consider Kamikaze?

    It’ll be close, but even with 1-2 hits less with the US attack I estimate over 50%. The calc is quite inaccurate in this type of battle since it kills subs first.

    Yes, I assume the Kamis would be successful and I definitely believe they apply in sz19.
    I never heard about something else. Would be a total surprise and blow up if they wouldn’t.

    to be clear. I am totally aware that Kamis can only hit surface ships.
    However without them the odds for Anzac are certainly below 50% that’s why I was wondering if the DD and CC was accounted in.

    But anway…the decision has been made and the dice will roll, so I just hope that it goes to odds and that the Aussie evil invaders will die miserably ;)

    Why wouldn’t kamis apply?

    It would be unlikely if both kamis hit though.

    Anyway I did the US-Anzac double 10 times (no kamis) and Allies won 6 (I also had the impression that Allied dice were inferior), so with Russia the whole ordeal is over 50% easily imo.
