If it says it was in-stock at the time you ordered it, you should eventually get it… they are just not fast about it… if it wasn’t in-stock when you ordered, I don’t know what to tell you, because they have the worst customer service ever (if by “customer service”, you mean a company that flat-out doesn’t communicate with their customers).
So if it was in-stock, I would just sit and wait… they should eventually deliver… just may be awhile, and don’t expect friendly e-mails with tracking numbers… just one day it will be on your doorstep. Â If it wasn’t in-stock, not sure what to recommend, cuz I doubt they’ll talk to you.
(I only ordered from them because the custom combat dice only come from them, and they are awesome… if I had a choice of getting the same dice elsewhere, I would have, but I didn’t… I won’t order from FMG again unless its something I just can’t get anywhere else).
