    Guys: it would seem I have(unintentionally)  done an illegal move!
    I have 8 planes to land and only 3 carriers upon which to land. I cannot see how the AI allowed it, as I cannot see a legitimate landing space.
    What do you want me to do?
    Will save file for  you to see. I am unhappy crashing two planes into the sea, as that should not happen. Cheating?

    Can redo turn from scratch: I was very lucky in the rolls. Might be the only way.
    Otherwise, I could swap ground units or the Ft and ground units for a Carrier and place it in SZ 36 to receive the Philippines’ planes.

    Probably turned out better for you and definitely fairer.( I forgot to throw the Air into Shan and lost the battle!). I have no idea why I was allowed to make those moves.

    No worries sir I’ve done the same thing myself.  I think there is something in the game notes that says the game engine will sometime allow you bring too many planes to the party.
