hell no, let’s keep to my (EIRE) earlier decision, “no requests to add/revise attacks” just NCM’s. We need to live with our mistakes. :-o

If you’d asked during Germany’s turn or immediately after it or (in this particular case) at any point before America’s turn, I would have allowed it.
I asked in this case because the UK hadn’t even started noncombat movement and my intention to attack Burma clearly had no connection to the outcomes of any of the other combats.
If you want to play strictly-by-the-rules that’s your prerogative. I see no reason why noncombat deserves any exception.
