z72 has a convoy symbol in it-it borders both Ken and Tang, so any power controling these countries would be affected by an enemy ship in the seazone. Italy controls Ken so its 1 ipc can be neutralized by a convoy disrupt. Likewise the convoy disrupt in z97 affects all countries bordering it:Sita,Nita,Gre,Alb,Yug. enemy warships(dd,ca,bb)roll one dice,subs and ftrs roll 2dice-1’s,2’s.amd 3’s count toward disruption-you can’t lose more than the total ipc value of a country. This is my understanding-I hope it’s correct.

I’m not sure if the US can land its fighter in Que before war is declared in the Pacific-I’ll ask that question in the Global 40 faq.
