Unless you put something valuable at risk, and because I’m leaving for a few hours, all France wants to do is move the Infantry from central africa east one space (closer to Sudan) and the Destroyer from SZ 80 to SZ 39.

Japan has declared war on France, so they would get to defend if Japan attacks SZ 39. (As can all the aircraft in India because of the Airbase.)
