Unit bids can be wasted, or used to prevent better bids but their existence still represents a potential problem for the Axis. But infrastructure bids can be placed for the purpose of their capture by Axis. I would suggest we either step back a round and you revisit the s France air base or we proceed with it but with no further infrastructure bids.

I did a really cheeky Italian edit. Attacked your TTs with a fig when I should have used the bomber. I have no idea what I was thinking. :roll: Edited it to represent what I should have done. Feel free to tell me that is an edit too far and I will reverse.
