Yea it cost you $158 approx if buy it pieced out and the box and other components.
But doesn’t matter because not all the pieces are available anyways. So they aren’t really just only “piecing” it out to make money. They just don’t have all the pieces available to sell it.
US income has a base of 6 income starting in 36’. Only thing that could change that income is the peace time income bonuses.
Lets pretend Japan declares war on China that would then make US income 11 every turn unless other peacetime bonuses are triggered.
Then in Jan 39’ US gets to start rolling a D12 and rolls a 8. Making the US income 19.
No other peacetime triggers occur so then July 39’ comes along with a now base income of 19 he gets to roll a D12 again but this time rolls a 5. Making his income 24 now.
M36 has it correct. You are confusing production with cash in hand. You collect IPC (production) at the end of the turn and it then is cash in hand. Which only from that point on can be changed by strategic bombing or convoy raiding to take away cash on hand.
So yes phase 3.7 you adjust production. Then phase six you collect income which is then cash on hand.
Technically meaning two people collected income for the same territory. But in no way takes the money from China they already collected.
Yea I had the black pages issue to.
I was using a iMac computer.
Finally got it to work using Adobe software to open it up.

I have a sneaky feeling that statement is a cut and paste error from some of the expansions that actually do have rules to be implemented with Global 40’ A&A.
In Global 36’ it has to much that can’t be fitted with Global A&A 40’. My opinion anyways.
