I stand corrected! I forgot that UK/ANZ diplomatic relations are coupled, so Japan is indeed at war with UK before J3. So right, I will not be able to load.

I think in sz110 this is not as effective as ships are allowed to leave the sz during Combat move, load elsewhere and return in the same combat move, as UK units can be loaded from several seazones this should not affect UK as it does Japan in the Chinese sea.

Depends entirely on the situation. In one game it actually prevented a player from being able to attack Berlin. Which bought me a turn to setup more defenses and win the game.

Since AA50, at least, the tactic of building a destroyer into an enemy sea zone has had great possibilities for wreaking havoc, especially when the opponent does not anticipate it as a possibility. -

I think in sz110 this is not as effective as ships are allowed to leave the sz during Combat move, load elsewhere and return in the same combat move, as UK units can be loaded from several seazones this should not affect UK as it does Japan in the Chinese sea.
Depends entirely on the situation. In one game it actually prevented a player from being able to attack Berlin. Which bought me a turn to setup more defenses and win the game.
