It’s so sad… even with the disaster I had in FIC a few turns back, I still felt we had tension and excitement in the game. This game would still last for a long while, but with that last dice disaster, it will be crazy hard.
We have not made any agreements up front, so I am at your mercy completely, if you’d grant a reroll of that battle, to keep the game going and finish it “properly”. Let me know what you think.

well, I hate to say it but that actually was kind of the plan… I was hoping you would attack and that we would get some sort of equivalent exchange, or maybe even me coming out ahead at least in terms of raw IPCs. The fact it came up aces for me I guess was the upside of the strategy… fighters fighting fighters is a risky business.
If you want, I’d agree to redo allies and NOT move my fleet there – just keep it off GIB. I have this sinking feeling that if the battle was redone you’d come out way ahead on the swing of the dice.
Or, we could just call it and start on the 3rd game/rematch?
