As for Neutral Crush, I looked at Italy, it appeared that, if I won, yes, I would get a capitol and an NO, but I wouldn’t be able to hold it and I wouldnt have any real threat left.

The reward was tempting, but not enough, I don’t think.  This way, you still have to protect Italy and W. Germany and have units in Europe proper. ^_^

I do not think you can get 8 VCs anymore on the Europe map.  I think you see that too, which is why Japan’s moving it’s fleet now.
