OK, how about no bid to anyone, Axis get 2 free rerolls they can use Rs 1-3 of any of their attacks only. That way if G1 is a total bust they can try to amend it.

It is interesting, so far in our games, as Axis I’ve managed to take a few capitols but by the time I’ve done that the Allies are too huge to push any further.

That’s definitely a feature of BM3. Last game the Axis would have been in much better shape without the extra $$$ to USSR and USA.
