    @FMErwinRommel No problem…but you will need to adjust russias income down by 4 as the engine has given you the NO’s for the japanese declaration first…probabaly will have to adjust every turn now…

    That is what confused me. Perhaps the coding was too complex to track who declared first. I thought, wow, all this time I’ve been missing out on 4 points for not DOW. Maybe I will post a request for opinion on this. Can’t be the first time Russia has DOW first. Won’t get to it until tomorrow Eve.

  • @simon33 Thanks, I edited political relationships to unprovoked and it removed the N.O. for Russia. But does that mean that now Russia will never get the N.O. from Japan for the rest of the game, even if Japan attacks Russia?

    Poor turn for allies, who rolled 1 for 8 against Japan. S. African transport, which normally would have gone to Mideast, somehow overlooked Japan ability to hit it with multiple units off of W. India. ANZ took Borneo expecting to make up for loss of its transport, by sinking the Japanese counterattack transport. But can’t reach it or the transports that invaded Russia.

    @FMErwinRommel Amusingly though, the one hit you had was on the sub which could have caused havok for you in the indian ocean at the strategic level…all other combats were less important if a hit had been made…:face_with_rolling_eyes:
