Missing boards for the 2004 version - National Production Chart and the Reference Chart for the Soviet Union

To be honest, I always determine my build units after determining all my attacks.  Actually screwed me up in a F2F game because I couldnt move the pieces into the territory being attacked without giving up my right to buy units.

But in PBF it’s easier.  No one is looking over your shoulder, so you can write out all your attacks, move the pieces on the board, look at the situation, determine what your NCMs are going to be (most likely - or even permanently if none of your attacks need dice) then see what the board looks like and figure out what you will build from that.

Because USA needed another NA, probably, and they didn’t want to give them Atomic Weapons? :P

I dunno.  Basically it just says that infantry can move two zones like tanks and may blitz.  Not overly useful for America, but it does help.

Well, in the version i put forward, i think that only the armor should be allowed to continue-bringing the infantry for a second strike may be a bit too strong (i really don’t know how it would play out-but Russian Buffers could end up failing (miserably)).

Anyway, if it gets some testing, then definately let me know how they work!

I have tested your rule variant and found it too complicated! For example if you want to attack a second turn with the panzers then one might ask one self if is possible to use these tanks together with other units attacking from another territory? All units must do there combat movement at the same time! So any panzers wont be able to make a second combined (with other units) attack! Hmmmm…… I will stick to the Panzergrenadiers advantage instead! :wink:
