    Sorry about all the tech rolls.  I got airborne forces the first time, but it’s kind of buggy.  So I had to reload until I got a tech again, then edit it to airborne, then take my turn for about a third time.  lol.  FINALLY got it.  Note the edit CM:  I should be able to paratroop into Africa, as it is only 3 spaces away from the airbase, but it’s the water that throws off the airborne move.  And by that point, i couldn’t edit the units into combat, hence the restart.
