From my recent game against SouL I no longer see the purpose in building a German fleet. It is more of a liability then anything else.

I think it just really depends, especially on where the U.S. is focused. If it’s more of a KJF, then germany can more afford the navy and keep it strong. I think here in this game, you tried way too hard to keep one going even though US had a strong presence with lots of bombers and Norway fully under russian control. And that too is a key factor, since with Norway in allied hands, American bombers could reach 112 from eastern.
