No, it is not. Because you acutally did the edit in the “nowhere” between the Prussian and the Swedish move.
That means after the placement/collect income phase of Prussia and before the CM phase of Sweden.

Or in other words: You did the EDIT before hitting “done” to finish the Prussian move and to start the Swedish turn.
When there is no phase where the EDIT can be reported, it does not show in the summary.

If you want the EDIT to show in the summary you must do it in one of the phases of the turn.

But no problem at all, because the edit can be seen using the “View history” feature.
