Quick rules question - I am attacking the German sub and transport in the Baltic with two UK fighters. The submarine cannot retreat right, as there are no friendly sea zones adjacent to it? So it must stay in combat forever?

I always thought naval and airbases in china are destroyed after being captured but that doesnt seem to be the case and a quick glance at Pac rules just call out factories. So do airbases and naval bases stick around?

AD is the master of buying facilities. He is the opposite of me who HATES buying them. I cannot bear the thought in case they fall into the enemy’s hands plus the thought about what precious units could fight under my command instead:D
I would love to see an analysis: Facilities bought per game per turn AD vs JDOW. I expect a factor of 3-5 in favor of AD:D

somehow I left 2 inf in 91. I can probaly make it work but they were meant to land. just let me know, didnt see it till now but I can imagine a case where it affected Italy germany so just let me know.
