    Time Out! The purpose of my submarines on SZ19 and 20 was to prevent transport-only landings on the coast, not to protect Japanese transports. I knew the transports were toast, but they had to fulfiI THEIR mission of fortifying Shantung and Kwangtung. I fully intended to submerge my Japanese subs in SZ 19 and 20 against a sub attack. I will be putting them back in their respective SZs for the Japanese turn.
