    I made an edit as I forgot an NCM.

    And I got very lucky in 92. That was almost certainly a win for me, but I expected to lose at least half the air.

    Also, just noticed that you moved a fighter from India to Transjordan. Its worth double checking (and I’m coming down with a cold so not sure I’m thinking clearly right now) but I think that you can’t fly air over friendly or unfriendly neutrals unless they are captured or attacked by one side or the other. You can see the rules on page 10 and 11 for that. If I’m right on that, I’m fine if you want to leave it as is but just wanted to give you a heads up. And apologies if I am misunderstanding.

    So, I’ve wondered about the movement of air units through the Turkish Straits which Triple A allows but I can’t find a rule or restriction against it. Is it truly allowed?

    I’m not positive, but I think it is legal. On the same page you posted it also says: “The movement of air units is completely unaffected by canals and straits, whether they are moving over land or sea.
    They can pass between sea zones connected by the canal or strait regardless of which side controls it.” I’m not positive but I’m pretty sure. You can use the board to get advice from other players too.

    But yes, if you think someone violated a rule, its good to ask them about it.

    for my fighter that moved too far on turn 1, let’s assume that he stopped in Persia on turn one. He should have been able to attack as he did in turn 2 and then land in Egypt, correct?

    Hmmm, I guess that wasn’t legal either. If you want to edit him back to Persia before your turn, you may do so. We will assume he attacked from India with his fellow fliers on turn 2.

    I might not understand this as I’m not quite clear on which attack you mean. I assume you mean Iraq? One issue is that a fighter can’t land in Persia on turn 1 because you can’t land on a friendly neutral in the same turn that you captured it (just in case you don’t know, an important exception are the Dutch territories where you don’t need to land units to land air. They are considered an ally). But ignoring that, a fighter starting from Persia could hit Iraq and land in Egypt. Once a neutral is attacked, it is involved in the war and it can be flown over.

    I think I understand now. Your fighter was in Transjordan. yeah it can’t reach there from India but we can just assume it stayed in India.
