I am not sure your move is legal. You moved it out of 6 to avoid combat for the units, and put them in 16. If they are going back into 17, it has to happen in combat move, which means that I get to shoot kamikaze on any surface warships that moved in in combat move.
Does this affect your turn?

The same goes for this one. I get to shoot at it in combat, if it is moved in in the combat move phase.
The reason why I point this out, is because there is a very high chance I’d use kamikazes with your movements being what they are, to at least have a chance.
For example, to remove the block in 19, or to damage your cvs, so that your planes can’t land on them, and being away from a NB to fix them, leaving your whole fleet vulnerable and less mobile without the air support.
