You aren’t allowed to build a factory on a territory you just took control of, so you can’t put the fac in FIC.
Also, you may want to put a land unit in Anwhe to prevent Chinese guerillas from spawning.

I reread the ruleset for the armistice and you are absolutely right about that.
Since i missunderstood this rule about FIC, i was wondering if i am allowed to swap my
Purchase into a harbour and Inf for my min.IC and a SS?
(Harbour in Hanan, Inf Tokiyo).It is my fault that i miss Interpret the rule and i would understand if you object.

No they can’t, Vichy territories behave exactly the same way as pro-Axis neutrals, except for the fact that they can be flown over without being attacked first.
