@Screamer Yes, it’s possible. The only way the fighters could get out would be through Persia (if not still neutral), as they can’t fly over a neutral territory.

I’m a little confused about the recruitment in this version. Are there specific limits to the number of units you can build, and where you can produce them? I know naval units can only be built at shipyards, but are land unit purchases limited to any specific regions?

Mobilization of land units and fighters is restricted to capital territories, with the exception that the British Empire may mobilize them in India if it is not controlled by the Central Powers. The number that may be mobilized is only limited by the number that may be purchased.

Is it possible to mobilize units in captured capitals with the standard rules? Or is the British Empire the only major power that can mobilize in more than one location?

You may not mobilize in a captured territory.

Can you mobilize in a capture capital? Right now in our game the Americans have captured Berlin, but there is large German-Austrian presence in Silesia. I would like an easy way to reinforce Berlin with Ally soldiers.

No, I am afraid not, Field Marshal Cole: only in your capital. The UK is the one exception to this rule, in that they can also mobilise all but Naval units in India too.
