Hey Sir,
1. Amphibious assaults first. I accidently clicked on the wrong battle first, Kenya had to be the first battle
2. I assume I can DOW with France and the french Destroyer can block sz 37 and this has no influence on the US entry into the war. I asked gamerman to confirm.
In case there is an unexpected surprise about the ruling I would change NCM and move UK DD into 37 and the French DD to sz39.
