  • As far as I know I only need to hold 6 VC’s for a single turn of play. Which means killing your chinese fighter and putting 1 infantry, 1 fighter, 1 tactical bomber in both Kwangtung and India and capturing Hawai means this is game as you won’t be able to take any back (no transports or other troops in range).
