So ANZAC just couldn’t resist and had to sucker punch! There will be a price to pay for that, starting with the offending cruiser in Z33 and the destroyer in Z36 that will accomplish nothing :-)

I stand corrected! I forgot that UK/ANZ diplomatic relations are coupled, so Japan is indeed at war with UK before J3. So right, I will not be able to load.

Rules intend that you cannot noncom a destroyer into enemy waters and prevent them from loading, but you have found a way to do this. I wondered why you overlooked the NO for UK and figured the movement of the DD was an oversight of the exception to the loading rule, but no.

You can also build sea units in hostile sea zones and as such you can accomplish the same thing in Europe, mostly in seazone 110. Building a destroyer in that seazone could be problematic depending on the circumstances. However this is a nice way to circumvent the rules. I am interested in trying it out myself :evil:
