    Yeah, I’m gonna bump a win if you give me a 4th 72 hour + no show when it’s in the 17th round and I’m ahead with TUV of 1833 to 1020, IPC’s of 245 to 137, Japan has THREE victory cities, Germany/Italy have THREE cities, and there is no possible way the Axis can win.

    And you go on the offensive and insinuate that I’m a poor sport by “bumping for a win”, when you are the poor sport for dragging out a game waaaay past its obvious inevitable conclusion. 
    “Bumping for a win” is only tacky when it’s a close game.  I’m just trying to end a game with a poor sport.

    This was a courtesy warning so that you were aware that I could if I wanted to.  If you don’t let another 72 hour delay go by, you could make me play until I have all 3 capitals.

    The 3 bump rule is in place to protect players who are way ahead in the game and the opponent is dragging his feet and greatly delaying or even preventing the win.  With all the long delays when I am waiting for a simple decision during a USA turn, I am just protecting myself.

    I would never bump for a cheap win, but I might if there are undue delays and I am way ahead.  Nothing cheap about that.
