    if there is a italian destroyer in z91, would the french dudes be allowed to amphibiously assault from a US transport in z91 without killing the italian destroyer?

    No – I think the sz has to be clear for the french to amphib.  Since the french can’t attack I think they are locked.

    Although, this came up before and tripleA decided that the French infantry could attack your Italian dd… go figure.
