You only bought 3 transports. From you map, I think you kept 1 in 10 without moving to 12, and placed 3 in 56. So you didn’t place one in 10, it’s the one that stayed there, so you only have 2 transports in 12, 1 in 6….
I think the map is legal - they typing just confused me a second -
Your map is missing the guy you transported from Hawaii to the Phillipines. Mine will have it. (Unless you were wanting to give it away without a fight?)
