It was funny how all my 3’s missed and then I hit 3 of 3 when it is of no consequence.  I probably have some of the worst rolls on this forum.  :-D

You only bought 3 transports.  From you map, I think you kept 1 in 10 without moving to 12, and placed 3 in 56.  So you didn’t place one in 10, it’s the one that stayed there, so you only have 2 transports in 12, 1 in 6….
I think the map is legal - they typing just confused me a second
