    Yeah, I’ve gone through my phase of trying new things (and learning the game of course), and basically taking my lumps with some losses.  But I think I have a good idea on the Allies now and actually really like playing them.  I’ve come to two conclusions:

    1)  Cripple/Crush/Slow Germany early - Do whatever you can to stop Ger from stacking Epl early (rds 1-3) - preventing the canopener option.
    2)  Do whatever you can to Stack Epl (as Russia) as soon as possible, even if it means bringing Allied air and losing a Russian NO b/c you should be in position to get the big NO from then on.

    The earlier you do this the better.

    Basically take away two Ger NO’s as early as possible.  You should also be able to stop the Ita NOs shortly there after (if you haven’t already) and then of course you need to delay the Ind/Aus/HI Japan NO as long as possible.  But stopping the early threat from Ger is key.

    I think I’m sold on early heavy bids to Russia.  I may go only 1 inf to Egy from here on out.  I think a couple extra inf/rt/arm to Russia really help.
