My foe was not aware of this rule. Since my 4 fighters scored 3 hits along with my 9 attacking bombers 3 hits against all 6 of his fighters scoring hits I might suggest we redo that round! Thanks Krieg!

I’ve been confused about this a lot so can someone please tell me how?

Brazil (US) and Madagascar (UK) are allied territories.
The Axis can capture them by unloading transports in their combat move.
The Allies can place units there by unloading transports in their noncombat move and/or by landing planes.
