What does this imply? Can those land in two different territories as CM? I wasn’t sure, but looked in the rules about amphi’s: “Any land units offloading from a single transport can only be offloaded into a single hostile territory”.
They should still only be able to attack one territory, right?

Thought long and hard on the West Indies, Brazil, Africa, Britain and how sad it was that poor Italy wasn’t able to purchase a nb for big brother. Finally decided upon stacking up by Britain. Could’ve stayed in z91 as well. Honestly don’t know what’s best, but probably it was silly to allow US take Gibraltar. Or maybe I didn’t have much choice? Lots of air swirling around.

yah it can be very tempting to grab land here and there, but there are tradeoffs in doing so…
