The fun part is, I almost always take a sub, especially as the sub would have been invincible in case it survived. But in this case I had to expect poor dice at Caro and did not want to leave the fleet too vulnerable at caro.
That battle sucked, too :(

And as I said I also acknowledge favorable dice in round 1. I won at 106, triple hit at 110 and your BB missed in 110 in defense, so did the sub and the DD in 96.
Caro was not so nice but then 20 and that stupid double hit at Normandy hurt, too.

Yep, this fleet in 110 in UK2 already shows a strong Allied position in Europe. Losing 4 planes in the Pacific hurts though^^

Yeah, forcing the Germans into a 2 front war is what the Allies need for sure.
There is a fun anecdote btw: I cannot recall how often I smashed the Russian fleet into 112 as a suicide mission. However, I literally cannot recall anytime I ever scored a hit with that 2 boats.
Attacking 112 = -18 for Russia, always. I would have really loved to take at least one German boat down. Dice suck for me since round 2 :/
