    I can’t believe your German sub took out my DD first round and lived!  Saved Norway for you, at least for now.

    I checked the notes in the game and it agrees with what you’re saying.  I probably am remembering either a rule I read incorrectly or something that has been changed.

    I somehow missed that IC in French Indochina!  I so would have attacked that otherwise…. Oh, well.  Good job on getting into Russia with Japan.  That’ll help out Germany!

    I see what I did.  I read:

    Major industrial complexes can be built only in originally controlled (not captured) territories with an IPC value of
    3 or higher. Minor industrial complexes can be built only in territories with an IPC value of 2 or higher. You can’t
    have more than one facility of the same type (industrial complex, air base, or naval base) per territory. Industrial
    complexes can’t be built on islands (see “Islands,” page 8).

    I somehow missed that period between higher and Minor!

    I think they did change the rules regarding major IC’s. It used to be that if the US took Norway, for instance, then they could build a major IC there. But now only a minor is allowed.

    Let me see what Italy can do now…

    Triple A actually allows more than one minor in a territory. When I used to play against the AI it would place two or three in a territory! Moore and Able always cheated!

    That was probably wise not to go into sz6. I would have scrambled and used my kamis against the few ships you had. Now you have an invasion force to use in future rounds. And the longer the game goes on the more advantage the allies have.
