    I tripped up on the kamikaze thing again, let me know if you want to use the last 3 strikes on the US DD attacking the Philippines sea zone.  If any of the kamikazes hit, then the Japanese sub may choose to submerge abandoning the transport to its fate.  If it fights, then it gets to shoot at the US sub at a one.  Since the dice show the US sub hitting and then the airplanes killing the transport, submerging is the correct thing to do.
