One other note as we come to the end of the round…if Japan still has all of the VC it does now and the end of the NEXT round, they will achieve a pacific victory - if I am correct (6 VC in the pacific). Can you verify ?

Were you wanting to continue to play until you or I felt the need to concede the game?
While I would have done some things differently (as Japan played to hang onto what they had), I suppose we could continue the game. In the future, when we play, we can just define what we consider the victory conditions?
