Karl, I noticed an error in my Italian purchase. It was supposed to be an airbase in Turkey, not a factory, as I already have 2 in the region. I had 7 ICs left, so I would like to know if you would allow me to swap it out and subtract the difference from the Italian money. It wouldn’t have affected ANZAC or France movement. Please let me know.
