    hmm, beside the first round, for which you provide an OOL, it would have made no difference.

    We both lost all out subs R1, so after that I just kept your strongest units fighting.  Would you have chosen weaker units over stronger?

    So, I am not sure what the issue is.  If you want we can get a ruling by the moderator Cmd. Jen?

    I am glad we are pushing this issue to a ruling, because what I did, players do all the time – i.e. finish off a battle just assuming the strongest units defend.  We’ll see if results in a correction.
