    I’m supersticious like that.  I’m actually very very superticious and blame things like professional sporting events on something i did or didn’t do.  :-D

    AS for that battle in China, I am sooo happy to get out of that with only 2 losses, but have lost 6 before.  So, 1 loss might help compensate a little for first round heavy bombers and a bad italian first turn…

  • Triple A does not force players to conduct combat in the proper order.

    The rule book clearly states that in the conduct combat phase, there is a certain order to follow.

    1. SBR
    2. Amphibious assaults (and requisite fleet battles)
    3. All others

    I see on your I1 move you did not follow the rules.  You should have rolled Syria before the rest of the battles.

    I am following this rule.  It is not fair if I follow it and you don’t.  I’m guessing you were not aware of the rule, as I also was not aware of it at one time until another player pointed it out.  I expect you will follow it from now on, thanks.

    Yes, that is what the rule book is saying.  First thing under Phase 3: Conduct Combat

    I know, I was stunned when Funcioneta pointed it out to me a few years ago.

    Of course I agree, the I1 out of order play was inconsequential, and it often is, but NOT ALWAYS  :-)

    I will check out 102 to see what you mean  :-)

    Ah

    That is a tactical bomber when you get “heavy bombers”

    Don’t worry, they do not have any increased ability.  In accordance with the rules, only STRAT bombers roll 2 dice and select the best one.  For some reason, they took the time to make cool looking tactical bombers for each nation when you get heavy bombers.

    You should see the German and Japanese ones.

    Have never seen UK or Russia’s yet.
