    have been FAR too busy IRL and playing far too many games.  was really just messing around with an all-in to europe strategy with you, and i have decided i don’t like it.  :lol:

    I pulled a BS move on you.  I know it.

    BUT, I really doubt you would have been able to take USSR.  If you moved in, the allies would have been able to fly over 20+ fighters.

    As for taking Italy, as I say, it’s BS, but at this stage in the game I think it’s valid.  Vigilance at this stage is as critical as strategy I think.  I sweated rounds trying to make sure you couldn’t pull a fast one on the UK.

    Good game.  Not sure the all in Europe thing works, but it was interesting.

    your infantry and destroyers pounded me all game on defense.  it was fitting that the dudes hitting in gibraltar left the straight open.

    obviously i just forgot a walkin, but that’s always a good lesson for when a game matters.

    game kinda sucked actually.  don’t remember why i decided to rush to europe - probably frustrated with the terrible dice run i’ve been on.  :lol:

    you really hit the jackpot though, playing me 2 extremely fast games at a time that i’m extremely sleep deprived and extremely busy IRL.  it is fun sometimes though to try some stupid crazy moves.  :lol:

    I will say this, I think the winning move was to throwing those many US/UK troops into the western Europe meat grinder.  I lost tons of stuff but bought time for the USSR to build up.

    You made Europe virtually impenetrable!  I was impressed.  The US would have cracked it next turn though.  But like I said, I do not think you could have cracked the USSR with the massive allied ftrs regardless.

    I will run away now, knowing I got 2 games against the best player on the boards!

    Don’t worry, come Nov 1, I am sure you will hunt me down and kill me like the dirty dog I am.
