You can try eBay. Some people buy whole games and sell the pieces off separately. That can be a good source for little bits, when you don’t want or need the whole game again.

On a global scale only use would be as an obstacle that hinders movement. Make it cheap and affect on a vehicle 1 on 1 basis. This is more applicable for theater games
