I think I lost controll of the game when I traded in too much of my Luftwaffe for Germany and getting impatient with my IJN and started a bold attack on your Navy.

I accept the decision, good and fun game!
I was starting to feel sorry for Japan and the Germans. :-D
The big issue was that Japan got completely destroyed on the continent. That allowed UK Pacific and US to shift heavy to the Atlantic theater. Germany has been trying to keep up with naval builds (I was getting frustrated and eventually decided to sail my navy around Africa to decisively get past Gibraltar).
I think Japan could have been more resilient by keeping its navy, but by that point tremendous damage was already done.
Germany was well played I thought, without the Japanese collapse, not sure I could have held you off.
We have a nice parallel game going on where Japan is very resilient on the continent and patient with its navy, we will see how that turns out. The allies are pretty strong in that game and Italy is weak, we’ll see.
