The same shop also has a German version if you want to look into it.
Actually I would find it MUCH more time consuming to double check the dice I was about to roll had 4 or 5 blank sides. than I would just rolling a dice and reading the hits…
I don’t know how long it takes you to read one . as opposed to … or … but I don’t imagine there’s much time to be saved?
The dice would come in 4 colours, so you could INSTANTLY pick out those you need, then roll them all together and INSTANTLY see how many hits are scored.
This should speed up the dice rolling process by approximately 75%.
LOL how long do you spend rolling dice?
I already use different colored dice for different units, and I -can- when I so choose, roll them all at once “and instantly see” how many hits I have.
I’m sorry, but I’m just not understanding the advantage you’re selling here.
Maybe if the dice were in Chinese as opposed to dots… lol
You know what, the more I think about it…
Maybe some better PERSCRIPTION GLASSES would speed up your dice rolling process?
Don’t know if that ever crossed your mind? ;)
While you’re still counting up pips I’m already placing my new units.
LOL, looking at the dice, you INSTANTLY know whats a hit and whats not… I don’t see how it takes long to “read”
Whether the symbol is a X, or a Y, or Blue, or HIT, or 6 pips, it reads just as fast.
It was the PIPS that triggered to war!
I agree it might be a bit of a time savings, but I kind of like seeing “almost” hits…like a few 3’s when I need 2’s.
I know, I know, statistically it wasn’t “almost” anything…a 3 in that case is just as bad as a 6. I just like the idea that my guys almost held out.
Flashman wants to ‘rob’ you of that experience!
Get the Pitchforks! Get the Torches!!
Why don’t you pip counters all go away and play Yahtzee?
