The British units have one turn to get out of Finland.  If they don’t, they are removed from the board.

No.  Neither side may move units into Russian-controlled territories.

That depends on what you mean by “occupied”.

If Germany controls Livonia, then yes.  The territory is considered to have no original controller for the rest of the game and is therefore up for grabs.

If Livonia is contested, then no.  Allied powers may no longer move units into territories shared between Russia and the Central Powers.

Causing the Russian revolution without many casualties on the CP side always outnumbers the IPC gained. For example you can send the remaining Austrian army to India to support the Ottomans. In general it is better to lose German armies than your Austrian or Ottoman army

They probably should have, but they didn’t, so as the rules read right now (and even as they read in the book) there are plenty of situations when the Russian player might voluntarily choose not to counterattack a province because the Revolution is preferable to the capture of Moscow from an Allied standpoint.

At least they fixed the other problems with the Russian Revolution as written in the rulebook.
