    I thought till R7 that I pretty much controlled the game. After R7 I thought that I have good chances of winning but with a race (Japan broke apart). R11 I figured that it might end bad for Axis.

    Good game Aequitas.

    It was a lot of fun.  I agree early on I was trying to find a foothold and keep from dropping too much either way.  I still have no luck with holding Russia, or even maintaining a presence after they fall as some do.  By 11, yeah I think I had a stable position with a stable reinforcement to Europe from America that would have cost a lot to break up.  Europe is definitely the harder side of the board for me it seems.  I usually end up losing Egypt even if I clear out Asia…
