To be specific. If you keep your troops in Russia/moscow, then I would capture rostov and volgograd. Rather then just volgograd.

I am willing to change things. If I roll for Rostov, we do the ncm and I get 2 more ipcs, then it can still be done. To be honest I rather have it that way anyways. Basically I would have 1 infantry in volgograd and everything else in Rostov. That is the only chance. That and +2 ipcs.
