    I have local numbers (for now at least) and the defender’s edge, but rgp has the money and vastly greater flexibility.

    no I had a UK plane that started the turn in Norway and I put it in 110, I changed my mind and wanted to put it in Southern France.  The UK plane that I built is fine on London.
