To be honest i was playing too attack Denmark and Norway last round with USA but i postponed it for one cyclus. And see what happened. Just one step behind and I loose the game.
I made a mistake by moving those guys from UK anyways. my fortress at Middle East was strong enough without them.

yes, taking the UK was my “trick” – really it was the only option. There was no way I was gong to take cairo.
The key was the airbase in Ukraine. That allowed me to fly all my planes back to Germany in one turn.
