Alright, Wheat, kind of a tough decision, but it’s time for me to quit.
I think it’s still possible for me to pull this out - would probably require a lot of luck in a big attack against the Russians or something, but at this point I don’t even want to win.
Given that we are both playing without making hardly any blunders at all, it has taken a ton of thought and time to make our moves. Considering the league standings situation and other factors including the easy game 2 dice victory I got from you last year, I actually think it is unsportsmanlike for me to continue grinding and like I said, would not really even want to take this game from you in the unlikely event that that would even happen.WELL PLAYED, SIR, and THANK YOU for an amazing amount of patience for some breaks, and for never complaining. You are one of the best people to play a game with, in my gaming career. Now secure your spot in the top 8 (I’m not sure at a glance whether you will be in - this game will help a lot, though) and I’ll see you in the playoffs! And I plan on being luckier when the time comes. :wink:

Hm, you did lose your battleship when you had a 40% chance of keeping it and you did lose a guy in Yugoslavia (seems like I often whiff) but yes that went swimmingly.

you’re pretty solid for the playoffs wheat. if more than 1 of the guys fighting for the 8th spot move above you in PPG, just challenge them to game and win. :-)

Unfortunately, I’m playing snakeeyes and arathorn already, and I’m Allies in both games.
I think I am probably doomed vs snake already. The match with arathorn is tighter, but my gut says it’ll be defeat unless he makes a mistake.
